Surrealism and the Body is my first nearly year-long series that incorporated the use of surrealism, the body, and clever idioms. Not only does the series incorporate idioms, but I play with peoples subdue fears of discomfort or the sense of playful juxtapositions that people react too in several ways. The whole series is still continuous, but has currently eighteen photos that I meticulously edited, to convey the ideas behind them. Adding on the series is also the first where I use Instagram as a platform to gain an audience for the ideas of conceptual surrealism. Surrealism and the Body is my first Post-Graduate series outside of Kutztown University.
